Payment Options

Pre-payment is required for all reservations.  Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Illusion Theater Box Office beginning one hour prior to performance time on the date of the reservation.  We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to curtain time to pick up your tickets. Reservations by phone or online can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  If you prefer to pay with cash or check, you can stop by the Illusion Theater offices during Box Office Reservation Line Hours or mail a check with your ticket order and contact information to: Illusion Theater Box Office 528 Hennepin Ave, Suite 704 Minneapolis, MN 55403 Box Office Reservation Line Hours are 1:00pm-5:00pm on Tuesdays through Fridays.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production with a 24 hour notice.

Seating

All seating for Same Difference, Mrs. Mannerly, and The Ballad of Josef K is reserved.  If you have specific seating needs or preferences, please let us know at the time of your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you. All seating for the Lights Up! Series and the Fresh Ink Series is general admission.

Reservations by Phone

You can make a reservation by phone at anytime by leaving a message on the Box Office Reservation Line.  We will confirm your reservation by telephone, so please remember to leave a number where you can be reached.  If you would like to speak with a live reservationist, please call during Box Office Reservation Line hours. To make a reservation by phone, please call the Box Office at 612-339-4944. The following information is needed to complete the reservation. The name of the production The performance date you’d like to attend The number of tickets you’d like to purchase The spelling of your first and last names Your full mailing address, including the zip code A telephone number where you can be reached And a credit card number with the expiration date and Vcode* Optional: Email address *The Vcode is the last 3 digits in the signature box on the back of a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card or 4 digits on the front of the card for American Express Reminder: Never send your credit card information in an email.
